Kean Resources is seeking a Senior Research Scientist, for technology R&D company. This person will conduct research and development in Data Mining and cloud mining. Ph.D. required. For consideration, please email jodi@keanresources.com.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct research and development in the areas of data mining or cloud mining.
- Design, develop and test prototype software
- Write detailed technical documents and innovative proposal
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ph.D. in CS, OR, EE, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or related field
- Data mining in general , text mining in particular, or strong backgrounds in cloud computing, social network analysis, graph-theoretic algorithms, large analysis
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: data mining, text mining, or distributed. cloud computing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media and large data sets desired.
- Good programming skills in Java desired
